Unfuckwithable

Your Unfuckwithable Toolkit

My love, this is a big one. Here's everything in one place, so you can come back to it any time your nervous system needs a reminder. Remember, these work through repetition. The more you use them, the faster they can become wiring.

01

Uninstalling The
Judgement Bug

What it is: When someone judges you, your mind thinks it's learning something about you. It isn't. It's only learning how their mind processes information.

How to use it: Whenever an opinion, criticism or comment lands, ask: What did I learn about me? (Nothing.) What did I learn about them? (How their mind processes data.) Remember: start to visualise yourself as the ink blot painting, you can't control what they see. The more you repeat this, the more detached you'll become.

Why it works: It separates their opinion from your identity, so your body stops treating it as an attack.

02

The Opinion Hunt

What it is: Your subconscious is an evidence-seeking machine. Every piece of evidence strengthens a pathway in your brain, and old pathways that stop firing eventually die off.

How to use it: Go hunting for opinions. On social media, at work, in your family. Get curious about how every opinion is purely information about the person sharing it, rather than the thing they're talking about.

Why it works: Each time you notice it, you build proof that the judgement bug is a glitch, and the new wiring gets stronger.

03

The Good Girl Detox

What it is: Good is a construct designed to control. It keeps other people comfortable. Useful moves you towards who you're becoming.

How to use it: Run your choices through one question: Is this good (i.e. me being a 'good girl'), or is this useful? Start with your morning routine, then your conversations, then your deepest desires.

Why it works: It peels back years of good girl programming so you move in alignment with who you actually desire to be.

04

Less Nice, More You

What it is: Being clear, not nice. Clear communication around how you choose to be treated, and sharing what you really think.

How to use it: Say it simply, without justifying. "I'd appreciate it if you kept your fears about my business to yourself. Thank you. I love you." And next time you disagree with someone, share your real opinion.

Why it works: Every time you do it and nothing terrible happens, your nervous system learns it's safe to be seen. It's the fastest way to magnetise your soul tribe.

05

You Are Not
Your Thoughts

What it is: Your thoughts are made by your nervous system to keep you safe, or picked up from the world around you. They aren't you.

How to use it: I have an arm. I am not an arm. When you're stuck in your head, close your eyes, imagine your mind is a stream, and watch your thoughts float past without picking them up.

Why it works: The less you attach to a thought, the less power it has over you.

06

So F*cking What

What it is: To dissolve the stream of what ifs, before you take the bold step.

How to use it: Every time a what if shows up, answer it with sass. What if they laugh? So what. What if it flops? So what. Write them down or say them out loud, and add some humour.

Why it works: It unhooks your nervous system from things that haven't happened, so you can keep moving.

07

The Shame Killer

What it is: For the cringe, the shame, and the looping after you've been bold.

How to use it: If you could go back and change it, what would you say? "I can't. It doesn't exist." Then ask the three questions:

What did I learn about me? Nothing.

Could it have been any different? No.

Is there anything left to do? No. That moment doesn't exist anymore.

Why it works: Your subconscious thinks the past is still happening, so it floods you with shame to force you to fix it. This rewires it to understand there's nothing left to fix.

Practice One

Uncover Your Boldness

Grab your journal and let it all out. No filter.

What do you have strong opinions about?

What gets you fired the f*ck up? What makes you mad, passionate, or excited as hell?

What do you want to shout from the rooftops?

What do you know you could help people with, if only they knew?

What experiences have rocked your world, and made you see it differently?

What don't you agree with about the way the world is? How do you want to change it with your voice?

Then imagine sharing one of those answers publicly. What does your nervous system serve you? Write down every what if, and answer each one with "so what?"

Now share it. In whatever format feels aligned. This isn't about perfection, going viral, or likes. It's about making boldness familiar, so it becomes safe.

Practice Two

Build Your
Unfuckwithable Wall

Draw a big rectangle on a piece of A4 paper and fill it with bricks. Or start a note in your phone called My Unfuckwithable Wall.

Every time you:

share something bold

share your real opinion at work or with family

go to bat for yourself

hold firm in your values

put yourself first

notice your safety programming fire and don't let it take over

Add a brick. Write a few words about what happened, then why it proves you're becoming more unfuckwithable, unfazed and unbothered. Every brick is evidence, and evidence is how your brain rewires.
